Anna Pietrzak

PSYCHOTHERAPIST

I am a graduate of master studies at the Institute of Psychology at the Jagiellonian University, with specializations in clinical psychology and sport psychology. I studied at the University of Aberdeen as a part of Erasmus Scholarship. I am a member of Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy.

I completed a four-year training in cognitive and behavioural therapy at TerCognitiva Therapy and Training Center. accredited by Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy. Currently I’m in the process of certification. 

My professional experience includes internships at psychiatric wards in University Hospital and Babinski Hospital in Kraków. I worked as a psychologist in social  rehabilitation facilities and in a special needs school. Currently I work in a psychological and psychotherapeutic clinic for children and teenagers. 

I offer psychotherapy to people struggling with mood, anxiety disorders and emotional dysregulation. In my work I apply both cognitive-behavioural approach, as well as third-wave approaches.
