Psychotherapeutic sessions are held once a week (unless the patient and psychotherapist jointly decide otherwise), lasting 50 minutes. The start of psychotherapeutic work is preceded by a consultation period (usually a minimum of 3 meetings).

Information - payments

  1. Payments for in-person sessions can be made at our offices by both card and cash.
  2. Payment for sessions via instant messaging should be made by wire transfer to the account provided before the scheduled session, preferably on the day of the session. Confirmation of the transfer should be sent before the meeting to the email address each time:

Cancellation of visit

The patient is obliged to inform (by phone/sms or email) each time, 24 hours in advance, of his/her absence from a meeting with a psychotherapist, otherwise the session is considered uncancelled and the patient undertakes to pay for it.
